The big score was 14 assorted nes/snes games for $30 total. Here you see:
TMNT
TMNT 2: The Arcade Game
Zelda 2: The Adventure of Link
Super Mario/Duck Hunt
Super Mario Bros. 2
Super Mario Bros. 3
Yoshi
Bart Simpson vs. the Space Mutants
Also included...
Mario All Stars
Super Mario World
Starfox
Mario Pain
Revolution X
(Tower of Druaga - $3 at the thrift where I got an FC Twin to test this out [boo, hiss, clone hardware... yeah well I have no NES or SNES yet...])
But wait... that's 13 games. Yes, yes it is. Along side a Smash Bros. Melee I got for $5 at a separate yard sale is the last game from that assorted box...
Awwww yiss.
All tested and working except Mario 2 (which is a game known not to like famiclones apparently). Yep, even Mario RPG...
Apparently there are 3 revisions of the Mario game... 1.1 (plays on anything) 1.2 (plays on clones... sometimes) and 1.3 (no dice on anything but proper hardware)
Well... this is a 1.2. I was able to boot it after a few tries, with save files intact, played and saved myself... but it always takes a few tries. Unfortunate but it *could* be a 1.3 and untestable like Mario 2.
Also, nabbed a gamecube power supply for $3 happily putting me at two separate gamecube systems, both working. Nabbed two games complete while I was there - Tube Sliders and Zoocube for $2 a piece. Next post later will bring us a fully functional list, as well as a list of PS1 games gotten for $2 a piece, all complete.
